Return Policy

All sales are final. Because our products contain nicotine and are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@atompouch.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it ships, but once it has shipped it cannot be canceled or returned.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please reach out and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear after it is processed.
