We ship Atom nicotine pouches only to locations where the sale and delivery of nicotine products is legally permitted. All orders require the recipient to be 21 or older, and an adult signature or age verification may be required at delivery.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
U.S. shipping rates and times
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $20. Orders under $20 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
- Standard: typically 5–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited: typically 1–3 business days after processing, where available.

Age verification and restricted areas
We use age- and identity-verification and will not ship to anyone under 21 or to states or localities where shipment of nicotine pouches is prohibited. Orders that cannot be age-verified, or that are placed from restricted areas, may be canceled and refunded.
International shipping
We ship to select international destinations where permitted. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees, and for ensuring the products are legal to import into their country.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
